Portsea is located at the tip of the Mornington Peninsula, 100 Km south of Melbourne. Follow the scenic Nepean Highway which runs from the CBD along the coast to our front door via Frankston and Rosebud, or take the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula freeways for the quickest journey. We are the large Tudor building on the right as you enter Portsea. You have passed us if you reach the pier , 50m down the road. We offer limited on site parking for those staying in house and 250 public parking sites across the road.
