The Portsea Hotel offers 3 distinct function facilities year round for weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate dinners and conferences.  All function rooms offer a distinct style, and two have sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay, The Heads and Queenscliff.

The Nepean Room is the ideal area to host a function from 80-300 people. It boasts an extensive terrace which encircles the room, with bifolding doors, which is offered to receptions for pre dinner drinks and canapes prior to and throughout the function. This room offers its own amenities and private bar, with dance floor and stage for entertainment. This room is fully air conditioned and extends out to a grassed garden area, just steps away from the sand on Portsea Front Beach overlooking Portsea Pier.

The Portsea Deck, situated on the second level of The Portsea Hotel, is an exclusive al fresco function area, boasting stunning views of the Bay. This area comfortably seats 60 - 80 people for a sit down function, and up to 110 people for a Cocktail Event.

The Portsea Produce Café & Wine Bar situated next to the Hotel is the ideal venue for casual parties, weddings, engagements, and private functions. It can seat 40 people comfortably indoors, and if the weather is fine, 80 people al fresco. It can stand up to 80 indoors for a Cocktail Event. This area is very private, stylish, modern and contemporary.
