Portsea is located at the tip of the Mornington Peninsula, about 100 km south of Melbourne.

Follow the scenic route along Nepean Highway which runs from the CBD along the coast to our front door via Frankston and Rosebud, or take the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula freeways for the quickest journey.

You will find us as you pass under the canopy of large iconic Cypress Pines. We are the large Tudor building on the right hand side, just as you enter the Portsea township.

There is public parking directly across the road from the hotel. Please take note of ticketed parking areas during peak season. During this time there is all day parking behind The Real Estate agents opposite the Hotel.
