The Portsea Hotel with its superb views is situated approximately 100 km south of Melbourne, on the tip of the Mornington Peninsula. Golf Courses, Bay and Surf Beaches, National Parks and the historic townships of Sorrento and Queenscliff are all within easy access. We have excellent facilities to utilise for conferences, training seminars, product launches and off-site meetings with a professional and experienced conference management team waiting to make your next meeting a success.
Facilities
Our Nepean Room with sweeping views of Weeroona Bay, The Heads and Queenscliff is the ideal conference room with a capacity to hold up to 150 delegates. Our conference room can be arranged to suit large theatre style lectures or small workshop groups, just let us know your requirements. The Portsea Hotel also has accommodation for up to 55 delegates for those requiring a residential conference package, or arrangements can be made with Portsea Village Resort across the road for luxury apartment style accommodation.
The Portsea Hotel can also offer our Portsea Deck for meetings, and corporate dinners and lunches; situated on the second level of the Hotel. The Deck boasts stunning views of the Bay and can be booked exclusively for a private meeting.
The Portsea Produce Cafe & Wine Bar situated next to The Portsea Hotel can also be exclusively booked for a private meeting or smaller conference groups.
The Nepean Room
Boasting exquisite views of Port Phillip Bay and the Bellarine Peninsula, the Nepean Room is available mid-week, February to December with the exception of public holidays. Weekend conferences are subject to availability, with prices upon request.

For theme or presentation dinners, 220 can be seated comfortably on round tables in our Nepean Room.

The Portsea Hotel with its unique coastal setting allows those who visit us to take full advantage of what is right on our doorstep. Set Up
Hire of the Nepean room includes set up, use of all available conference equipment & facilities, serviced water and mints. Continuous Tea & Coffee is also supplied.
